In those cases, we act only as a service provider and follow the client's instructions.

    We act as a Data Controller when handling data related to our own clients, prospects, website visitors, and community members. We act as a Data Processor when operating automation systems, AI tools, or CRM platforms on behalf of our clients. In those cases, the client remains the Data Controller and is responsible for ensuring lawful data collection and required disclosures.

    6. Third-Party Providers & International Transfers

    To provide our services, we rely on trusted third-party providers including CRM platforms, telephony services, AI processing providers, hosting services, and payment processors such as Stripe. These providers process personal data only as necessary to deliver functionality. Because some of our service providers operate internationally, personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA or UK. Where this occurs, we rely on lawful safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or recognised data protection frameworks to ensure appropriate protection. AI transcripts and system logs are retained only as needed for troubleshooting, compliance, and service improvement, after which they are deleted or anonymised where possible.
